WE WANT OUR TAB BACK! Stop with all these weird flavors, you're just doing it to capture more shelf space in the store as a marketing ploy. Thousands of us were loyal TAB drinkers for years, and you abandoned us for this? I don't buy Coke products at all anymore. If I can't have TAB I don't want anything; it's all too sweet. I don't care how many fancy flavors you come up with it. (For heaven's sake, I think you had a mango for a while. Ewwwww.) WE ARE BEGGING YOU

Hoping its something that stays on the shelves!! Just pick up some Jim Beam Vanilla to mix it with on my way home!! Ill be pouring a drink soon

I’m 78 and I only drink Coke. Only Coke all my life. However, in the Tacoma area at least, within the last six months, it’s tasting like a lot of soda water with a little bit of syrup. Are you cutting back on this syrup to make more money? Did you change the recipe? 😠

The negative sentiment surrounding Coca-Cola's sponsorship controversies indicates a disconnect between the brand's initiatives and consumer expectations. Addressing these concerns is essential for maintaining a positive image and fostering a respectful relationship with customers.

Remeber folks. Coke has a custom can website, you can put gay, bisexuality etc. But cannot put the word straight. They also told people employed by them to act "less white" .
How come on your custom can kiosk I can put "Satan Loves You" with no issue but the moment I typed in "Jesus" I get an error message saying, "WHOOPS WE CANT AUTOMATICALLY PRINT THAT..." NOW THAT I KNOW YOU WORSHIP SATAN I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN. SCUM.

Coca-Cola's customer service issues are causing dissatisfaction among small businesses and individual customers, which could harm brand loyalty. Addressing these concerns is vital for maintaining a positive reputation and ensuring customers feel valued.

We are a small restuarant and probably that's the reason our new coke machine setup has been rescheduled for the 4rth time. It looks like coca-cola is too big and does not care about small restaurants. We are happy to take our business to Pepsi !!
I’m gonna need whoever at Coca Cola in charge of making sure your Coke Zero products are carbonated correctly to step their game up. Opening a soda and it goes flat in thirty minutes is not gonna work for me 🤣 I’ve reported this before but maybe calling it out publicly will get some changes rolling.
I went to Coca-Cola’s major depot today with so much excitement and hope to start up my wholesale business for Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, and other products. I was ready to pay for both the drinks and the empty bottles/cartons so that I could begin this journey. But to my greatest surprise, I was told that empties are not available because the company is short of them. Honestly, it was very painful and disappointing for me to hear this. I found it very hard to believe that a giant company like Coca-Cola a household name known all over the world does not have empties available for new customers who want to start a business with them. This really broke my heart because I came with genuine intentions, ready to invest and grow with Coca-Cola products. Yet, I had to return empty-handed simply because there were no empties to buy. For someone like me who is just starting a business, this is very discouraging. I sincerely hope the company looks into this matter urgently because it is sad and disheartening that such a big and respected brand cannot meet this very important need.

Dr Pepper what is going on with the carbonation? My peppers are missing some of their crispy goodness. Does not make a difference in how it’s packaged.
I am not happy, I bought 4 12 packs of 16 ounce bottles and one of them the soda was completely flat ,all 12 bottles it was pretty sad
Every single time I buy the 10 pack mini’s there is at least one can, sometimes as many as 3 that are either completely empty or have zero fizz. What’s the deal???? Gotta fix this or I’m going to have to switch to Mr Pibb and I really don’t want to do that.

Customers appreciate the design and functionality of Dr. Pepper's packaging, but there are concerns about bottle quality and availability. Addressing these issues is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

My favorite bottle design ❤️
Your plastic bottles are horrible. I want the same plastic bottles that are sold in Michigan...Not the bottles that are so flimsy that spill out the top when you open it. Stop using the recycled plastic. I know, FL doesn't have a .05 bottle deposit, so you don't have to sturdy bottles.
Hey, Diet Dr. P addict here. Two things: where can I get the freshest 12 packs? The Amazon 12pks always arrive slightly dented and the flavor is yucko. My grocery store (Ralph’s) is better but still hit or miss. I crave the fresh, crisp sparkle of newborn aspartame. Also: Pullease get the 35 can cases back in Costco. Thank you.

Desire for TaB36 (20%)

There is a strong desire among customers for TaB, with many expressing nostalgia and a plea for its return. Reintroducing TaB could cater to this enthusiasm and potentially enhance customer loyalty.

TaB is the best! Please bring that back!!
Favorite flavor?? TaB for sure! If you're going to bring back a soda why don't youi bring one back that everyone is begging for? Thanks! Save TaB Soda
Ewww. Bring back TaB! Cherry appeals to a simple, young palate. Diet Coke triggers cravings and a desire for more sugar, leading to weight gain. "Aspartame (in diet coke)is hundreds of times sweeter than sugar. The brain anticipates a calorie rush, but when none arrives, it triggers cravings to find that energy elsewhere." "TaB, though also diet, may not cause the same cravings in individuals due to different metabolic responses to its specific sweetener formulation or a lack of the same intense reward-center stimulation." TaB appeals to a more sophisticated palate - an intriguing taste. If I want cherry, I'll add a maraschino cherry to my TaB mixed drink.
Cherry Float Praise15 (8%)

The positive reception of the Cherry Float concept indicates that Coca-Cola successfully combines innovation with its legacy, generating excitement among customers. This enthusiasm reinforces brand loyalty and showcases Coca-Cola's commitment to evolving its offerings.

The return of Diet Coke Cherry is the news we needed! A true classic. The Cherry Float concept is a fun, innovative way to celebrate the 40-year legacy. Excited to try both and taste the evolution. 🍒
Tried it today and love it!! 🍒❤️
Awesome to be celebrating 40 years of cherry innovation. In four decades, they’ve managed to put cherry in a can, take it out, and then mix it with vanilla. Truly, the Da Vincis of carbonation.
Poor Flavor Quality8 (4%)

Poor flavor quality undermines customer satisfaction, as evidenced by multiple complaints about new flavors. Negative experiences can lead to a loss of trust and a decline in repeat purchases.

This stuff is disgusting. Thanks for making the color scheme basically the same as regular cherry coke. No reason for me to think anything was different. Until I tried it. Gross.
I came and found this fb page because I need to vent this. I love cherry coke. My husband recently brought home 2 and put them in the fridge. I cracked on open took a drink and then was hit with absolute disgust. Looked at the label and CHERRY FLOAT. Honestly.... it's terrible. So terrible the 2nd one went unopened until today. Saw my husband with a coke said hey can I have a drink of that? Cherry float tricked again. Why is it so awful? 🤣
Use sugar cane instead of that fructose bs poison you use..

Have been drinking this soda since first introduced to it when family was in Texas for a visit back in 1973.. Expired Products64 (6%)

Expired products significantly undermine customer trust, as evidenced by complaints about receiving outdated cans. This issue damages Dr. Pepper's reputation and drives customers away.

Bought several 12 pack cans of Diet Dr. Pepper. Expiration date on box was Nov. 2025. Several cans in at least 2 different boxes were already expired with expiration date in Aug. 2025. They just don't taste right once they are expired. Whats the deal with this ? Trying to get rid of expired products ?
Dr Pepper is my favorite but what are you guys doing?!?! Dollar General selling 6pks right at $7.00 and NO ONE buys them because they almost half that at the grocery stores but then Dollar General has a sale 3 6pks for $12 and people buy then but open them up and at least 4 bottles out of each 6pk is FLAT! It's not cool selling out of date bottles mixed in with two good bottles trying to recoup money! You shouldn't allow bottling companies to do this and run your brand into the ground it's not only bad business, it's stealing from the public because the majority won't take them back to Dollar General because their return policy SUCKS. DO BETTER!! I'M NEVER BUYING DRINKS FROM DOLLAR GENERAL AGAIN and after talking to others... they won't either.
I used to like Dr Pepper until one day I bought a bottle that was expired. Does anyone even come pick up expired product?
Quality Control Issues3 (0%)

Quality control issues, such as flat and improperly sealed products, undermine customer trust and satisfaction. Addressing these concerns is crucial for maintaining brand reputation and customer loyalty.

Unfortunately when I buy the bottles many of them are not sealed correctly and completely flat...
I filed a complaint on your website indicating the small 7oz cans are typically flat and lack carbonation. I received an email back requesting photos and a bunch of other information. Searching various places on the internet, it’s apparent this carbonation issue is wide spread, we’ll know but the issue if denied but the company. I didn’t want to go public but the reply was an insult and waste of my time. It’s a known issue. Taking responsibility is more important than ever. I really didn’t even want my money back. I wanted to simply help you and your bottlers sell a better product. I’m not at all happy at this point but that’s ok. I’ll just not buy the product any more and drink home brewed ice tea. Cheaper and no corn syrup which is also a know health risk. Thanks for not listening…not.
I don't trust Dr pepper with my stomach why would I trust ithem with

Consumers are experiencing issues with the quality of Dr. Pepper products, including unpleasant odors and flat taste, indicating a significant inconsistency in quality control.

What is up with your 20 oz bottles lately ? Anytime I buy one individually, the brim smells like a musty wet rag. Apparently this isn’t just a one person / one time thing. This has been my second time this month buying one at a gas station and it smells so foul. I’ve ALWAYS loved Dr. Peoper, but this just seems dangerous and unsanitary. About to stick with the Pibb. Sadly.
Why are your Diet and Zero Dr. Peppers tasting flat?? Just purchased a 12 pack Dr Pepper Zero and it’s tasting semi flat and does t expire until December. The bottles I purchased weeks ago, the same way. Hope you haven’t changed formulas, because they are expensive to be semi flat.

We are a small restuarant and probably that's the reason our new coke machine setup has been rescheduled for the 4rth time. It looks like coca-cola is too big and does not care about small restaurants. We are happy to take our business to Pepsi !!

Coca Cola Global faces significant competition from Pepsi, which captures 80% of switchers. The primary reason for this shift is the perception that Coca Cola is too large and unresponsive to the needs of small businesses. This highlights a vulnerability in Coca Cola's positioning, suggesting that a more tailored approach to smaller clients could enhance brand loyalty and mitigate the risk of switching.

Pepsi captures the largest share of switchers from Dr. Pepper, primarily due to its availability of Zero Cherry and a lighter taste, indicating a vulnerability in Dr. Pepper's flavor profile and product variety. Additionally, price sensitivity is evident as both Coke and Dr Thunder attract switchers with cheaper prices, suggesting that Dr. Pepper may need to reassess its pricing strategy. The presence of quality issues leading to switches to Mr Pibb further highlights the importance of maintaining product quality to retain customers.

Where Coca Cola Global stands in the category

Dr. Pepper is currently winning with a strong net-positive sentiment and a commanding share of mentions, while Coca Cola Global is facing significant challenges with a net-positive sentiment that is overshadowed by customer complaints about flavor quality and high prices. The strategic vulnerability of Coca Cola Global is evident as customers are switching to Pepsi, driven by perceptions of being too large for small businesses and a lack of flavor options. Dr. Pepper, despite its strengths, risks losing customers due to limited flavor availability and quality control issues, with some switching to competitors like Pepsi and Dr Thunder. Both brands have clear unmet needs, with Coca Cola needing to address flavor discontinuations and Dr. Pepper needing to enhance its flavor variety and pricing strategy. To remain competitive, Coca Cola Global should focus on reintroducing popular flavors, while Dr. Pepper should prioritize improving product quality and expanding its offerings.
